This system ensures seamless and efficient voice communication across the rail network. A Centralized Voice Recording solution is integrated to enhance security and accountability by recording conversations across the phones, Public Address (PA) system and Walkie Talkies.
The project also includes a Centralized Call Billing system to manage and monitor telephony expenses effectively.
Additionally, Emergency Telephones with protective enclosures are strategically installed to provide immediate assistance in critical situations.
This robust communication framework is designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and customer service within the transport network, ensuring a reliable and responsive transit environment.
